Charhonda Cox, has over twenty-five years’ experience in nonprofit management, leadership development, movement building, community organizing, facilitation, training, political consulting, and organization building.
She brings a wealth of expertise and passion for helping organizations, members and communities thrive, build power, and make change while always using a strategic mindset, collaborative process, and a passion for empowerment in every task. Her work has involved developing and building partnerships and staying aligned with strategic objectives.
Serving in roles such as CEO and Executive Director, her focus is on civic engagement and policy improvement. Her experience has allowed her to gain a deep understanding of field capacity building and collaborative practices. She holds a M.A. in Nonprofit/Public/Organizational Management from the University of Houston.
