Board Treasurer, Kyle T. Pierce is currently the Chief Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Officer at LyondellBasell Industries, one of the world’s largest plastics, chemical and refining companies and a member of the S&P 500 Index. Prior to this role, Kyle served as a Manager of Mergers & Acquisitions in the corporate strategic planning and transaction department, he also worked in strategic planning and business intelligence roles, served as an international consultant, and progressed through a variety of production and process engineering roles in the petrochemical industry.

He has been an active member of the National Black MBA Association serving as a Leader of Tomorrow (LOT) mentor and a competition contest case study coach. He is also the former president of the National Society of Black Engineers-Alumni Chapter and has served on the board of Directors for Urban Soul Dance Company.

Originally from Joliet, IL, Kyle obtained his Bachelor of Science in Chemical from Iowa State and M.B.A from the University of Phoenix.

He has been involved in Camp AATTIA since its inception and considers the investment in youth education and enrichment the most important lasting legacy that one can make.
